I work two days a week at Autistica, the UK's leading autism research charity, as their Neurodiversity Business Consultant. I connect with businesses of all industries and sizes to offer our research-led training, consultancy, and training packages on neurodiversity in the workplace, ensuring that neurodivergent people (as well as parents of neurodivergent children) can be the best they can be in their workplace.

I work three days a week at Shakespeare's Globe as the lead on accessibility for all of our audiences, working across the Visitor and Audience Operations, Ticketing & Sales, Tours, and many more teams to ensure all audiences feel welcomed to this iconic venue. I lead on our assisted performances (relaxed, British Sign Language interpreted, captioned, and audio-described) as well as providing training and advice across the organisation.

I ran the Reframing Disability programme, run by Media Trust in partnership with the BBC 50:50 Project, a pilot programme funded by the Department for Culture, Media, and Sport. As part of the programme, I developed and ensured the delivery of media interview training for disabled experts, as well as developing and delivering training on disability awareness for journalists and other teams from across the BBC, including worldwide partners and teams in drama, comedy, and news. I project managed the ‘Autism Friendly Award' accreditation scheme, which included providing training to staff, giving presentations, and developing the scheme of creating autism friendly performances, businesses and venues. I built relationships with a wide range of businesses across the UK, agreeing price plans and offers for training and consultation. While on a one-year sabbatical from the National Autistic Society, I taught English to childrenaged 3-10 in Chongqing, China. I prepared and delivered lessons according to EF's syllabus, whilebuilding rapport with young learners across a language barrier.

I worked on administration, fundraising, communications, and policy for a small membershipcharity working on equality and diversity issues.

I was elected as a one-year sabbatical officer representing all 22,000 students of the University. I worked with university senior staff, the student union staff team, and other full-time sabbatical officers, as well as managing five part-time voluntary officers and four formal campaigns.
