I am also skilled in the use of Adobe and Articulate applications used in eLearning development and content creation.Completing the Education MA and Post Compulsory Education and Training BA (Hons) was a huge personal achievement. Within these courses, I developed my pedagogical knowledge and understanding, specifically within education management, adult learning principles, and professional learning theories within classroom, blended, and digital environments. This underpinning theoretical knowledge has aided me within my professional career in education and training roles when designing, delivering, evaluating, and validating programmes across a range of working environments, and staff groups of varying levels, sizes, and abilities. I particularly excel at explaining complex theories, systems, or processes to learners of varying abilities and facilitating conversations which enable learning.In addition to my Further and Higher Educational qualifications, I have a passion for continuous professional development and have achieved many educational and vocational qualifications. I am a facilitator of the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360 Degree Feedback programme, which has further developed my coaching, people skills, and ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders and colleagues. Using this qualification, I have aided colleagues throughout the NHS in improving their leadership skills. I am nearing completion of the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management programme, which is further developing my leadership skills, including self-awareness, the ability to empower others, and holding people to account. I believe inclusion is key to building workplaces of the future.
