As an Appointment Setter, my role consists of making 100-200+ outbound cold calls a day, scheduling follow-up calls when necessary, following jobs until a completed sale, and using phone skills to build rapport with customers and schedule a sales appointment. As an Administrative Assistant, I took on multiple responsibilities such as learning to use the Encompass loan origination software system, answering and transferring phones, data entry/verification, and more to ensure successful day-to-day operations and proper management support. I also adapted through different changes in the company, such as a change in company ownership and operations early on in my time there.
