First Job I ever had was for the family business "Landscaping". This job taught me about hard work at a young age. Then I started restaurants, worked my way up from dishwasher to management. After 20 years of working in this industry I can say I am free from the corp. "hamster wheel of America". During that time I learned many skills that has help me to achieve success as an business owner in Life Insurance. I always understood the power of leverage, the concept of having 100 people doing 1%, of the work instead of you doing 100% was allowing in the forefront of my thoughts. So digging into personal development and how the brain works was my passion. Being able to management products and people has been a blessing to me, understanding what people want and how to relate to them on a daily basis is what has taking me to the next level. Listening to people and really understanding them is a skill that can be used in any business, so I say that the 20 years of slaving in the restaurant has built me to be a leader and one who is ready to help others free themselves.
