-Become a point of contact for all deliveries, shipments, mailings, and courier-conveyed items sent to the property’s tenants. -SBM staff greets delivery personnel and tenants, confirms recipients using a computerized bar code tracking system, and will even signs for parcels. SBM staff records every shipment that enters the facility, scan packages, and bring deliveries directly to the tenants.
