Working directly with the President as part of the senior management team, the Director of Development was a key partner in all aspects of building a sustainable fundraising program for CRFB. The Director was responsible for designing a new major gifts program, expanding foundation and corporate relationships, and expanding/leveraging special events. Across all these initiatives, he was responsible for designing development strategies, creating internal systems and processes, and building/managing a major donor pipeline. As a senior management team member, he has helped shape the direction of CRFB and elevate its influence.
