Organized and executed company-wide data conversion to LoanVision Loan Origination and Customer Relationship Management System (150K+ accounts) at financial services company that provided products and services for federal and private consumer education loan marketplace; eliminated about $100K in third-party licensing and consulting fees due to conversion; eliminated duplication across transactional sub-systems to single system of record, and helped Customer Call Center to realize 15% gain in operational efficiencies using single system of record platform. Oversaw $2M budget and nine employees.• Positioned VisionSource Solutions (VSS) (technology platform provider created as wholly owned subsidiary of National Lending Associates, Inc.) to be awarded $1.2M LoanVision platform contract with internationally known religious organization in one year; platform provided full life-of-loan origination and servicing for client’s internal international loan program in four languages, 50+ countries, and multiple currencies; promoted growth of VSS business channels by finding new opportunities in higher education marketplace for company’s platform and services.• Launched application service provider initiative in three months that provided low-cost application hosting services to small and medium-sized mortgage brokerages, merchant advance/ bankcard services, and tuition payment plan providers, leveraging LoanVision platform as well as Ellie Mae Encompass platform.

Founded boutique software engineering company with specialized domain expertise in federal and private consumer education loan platforms and services. Launched company’s flagship federal and private consumer loan originations platform, LoanVision, which was the first object-oriented, services-based software framework toolkit of its kind; toolkit allowed teams to rapidly build loan origination systems for clients more quickly than the competition could; LoanVision offered rich, extensible application programming interface, Web browser–based user interfaces, and technology ownership for clients; productizing the technology took 4-6 months, and average client installations and configurations took 2-4 months.
