As a UX Lead, I have been helping nuveon GmbH develop their IIoT software solutions for their numerous production customers since 2016. In doing so, I work closely with the development team and the end customers. Their customers include companies such as: Zeiss, Fraunhofer, Yokogawa, Agathon, Allgaier, Voestalpine, and many others.

As a Senior UX Designer, I was co-responsible for the UX and UI design in the app development of the Digital Workplace for onboard staff in long-distance and regional trains. Working closely with other UX designers, the branding team, business analysts, and project owners, I oversaw multiple development teams to create a seamless and user-friendly digital solution.

As the Lead Designer, I developed a UX concept to simplify the presentation of disruption notifications for customers. I worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, regularly creating prototypes that were tested by researchers. This work was carried out in smaller sessions over an extended period.

As a Senior UX Designer, I collaborated with the Deutsche Bahn design team to develop comprehensive design standards for their digital products.

As the Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for the redesign of the aging DB information platform. Together with the project managers and the development team, we modernized the platform both visually and technically. Through extensive user testing, we ensured that functionality was maintained and the user experience was significantly improved.

As the Lead UX Designer for the "ODDSET" project, I provided UX support for mobile, web, and terminal products. I focused on enhancing the user experience across all platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interaction for users. This was a part-time partnership until they secured a full-time designer.

As the UX Design Lead, I helped the TR team visualize their vision for the Major Disruption Assistant and validate it through testing with real users.

As the Lead UX Designer for the "and-charge" project, I was responsible for the design of the mobile app, which connects electric vehicle charging with rewards. I led the UX design process, including conducting a design sprint to ensure a seamless and user-friendly interface that effectively engages users and supports the platform's unique value proposition.

In 2012, I decided to start an online shop for dog food and accessories. That’s how Europe’s first vegan dog shop was born! We had to import many products from the U.S., and within a few months, our first small warehouse was bursting at the seams. After starting with a simple WooCommerce shop, I switched to Shopware after six months and scaled the business further. Three years, thousands of products, and a ton of experience later, we sold the shop. What an adventure! :-)

We focused on neuromarketing, developed our first mobile applications, and produced image films. Web development was a whole different challenge back then, but that’s what made it so exciting. Those early years were marked by creativity and innovation, laying the foundation for everything that followed.
