- In addition to my current Integration Panel responsibilities, I was assigned the specialty conduit bundles and landing gear panels- Main 787 point of contact for Messier-Bugatti-Dowty- Heavily involved with the qualification, certification, and production of the landing gear conduit bundles- Managed detailed qualification project plan and accelerated schedule for the redesigned conduits after initial vendor design qualification failure- Managed detailed vendor design, testing, and production schedules- Involved in intense vendor negotiations and SOW changes, including: - Temporary build of the P40 panels in a Labinal-Power production site - Move of J-Box and conduit bundle production from a supplier to Labinal-Power- Managed P40 panel/PMI bundle build and installation for M-B-D at ICORE- Managed PBIM build for M-B-D at ICORE- Managed J-Box/PMI bundle build and installation for M-B-D at Labinal-Power's Corinth facility- In August of 2009 I was asked to oversee the kit incorporation and performance to schedule of 787 work packages 8, 19, 25, and 38- Responsible for coordinating design activity in Blagnac/Everett, manufacturing activity in Corinth, and program direction from Everett- Point of contact for Boeing regarding all IP activity- Helped develop IP DPD/3DMBD plan and managed MOA design activity- Reported engineering and production status to Boeing- Kept detailed project plans on design and production activities

- Responsible for sustaining a focused effort of selling all interior related products and maintaining effective communication with the product manufacturers or ‘Principals’- Central point of contact between the Arger Sales Staff and the represented Principals with regards to all technical, financial, and market information pertaining to each Principal’s product line- Identification of new products to bring to market based on each Principal’s core capabilities in order to expand the overall products and services offered- Accountable to make sure that all of the Principal’s products are being sold to every possible potential customer

- In addition to my current CRJ-200 responsibilities, I took on the deHavilland Dash-8 OEM Interior program- In 6 months, managed the transfer of the program between facilities and created the engineering and production teams- Main objective to get program back on schedule and meeting expected financial goals- Financially responsible for a $30 million (annual sales) aircraft interior program- Created and adhered to budgets and income statement pro-formas- Approved all incoming purchase orders and signed off on all outgoing invoices- Responsible for submitting proposals on work packages- Work closely with contracts department on change/design liability issues- Responsible for managing all personnel directly related to the design, production, and certification of Canadair’s Regional Jet Interior- Managed over seventy-five direct and indirect program employees- Responsible for employee reviews, raises, & disciplinary actions- Oversee all design integration and engineering requirements, including all certification processes surrounding stress and flammability substantiation
