I now have experience leading teams of 1K+ employees for business units generating $1B+ in annual revenue. I have worked in Retail Sales, Retail Operations, and Business Sales. Valuable skills gained include financial and P&L acumen, technical knowledge including networking and security, and leadership.     From 2006 to 2009, I oversaw our Enterprise sales teams for Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. Integration of our wireless and landline assets was critical as enterprises were building platforms with increasingly interoperability. Wireless and landline networks were becoming fully IP-based which provided opportunities for Private Network, MPLS, and Mobile Broadband proliferation. In 2009, I became the Associate Director for Orange County supporting customers with fewer than 500 employees. This provided an opportunity to re-engage with the acquisition and business development side of client base. In all roles, our charter was to deliver revenue and profitability growth along with a best-in-class customer experience. Retail distribution had not yet reeached maturity and penetration in the U.S. was less than 50%. Building relationships and demonstrating value was especially important. In my first full year, I was fortunate to win the President's Cabinet Award for the top 1% of salespeople across the organization.
