Reports to the Vice President Operations Corporate Brands for the Flight Centre Travel Group.Creates and oversees a strong, cohesive operations structure that supports the implementation of business goals and objectives to ensure the success of Flight Centre Travel Group’s Corporate Brands. Analyzes performance to determine opportunities for sales growth and provides direction on operational efficiency and business improvement. Collaborates with the executive leadership team, key influencers & stakeholders to support business transformation.Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and best practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes effective leadership and teamwork to achieve business results. Develops annual operating plan and budget, and monthly, quarterly, annual forecast updates. Prepares, communicates and educates client focus groups and team on changes in policies and practices.Partners with National Sales and Account Management to help drive expansion and growth. Participates in periodic business reviews with client and provides feedback to leadership, operational and sales teams.Collaborates with related functions such as learning and development, human resources, marketing, finance and technology to ensure that team efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
