With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I have honed my skills in quality management, problem solving, and food safety. As the Quality Assurance Manager at London North Eastern Railway (LNER) since December 2023, I oversee the quality and compliance of the catering and retail services on board our trains, our logistics provider & suppliers ensuring that they meet the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Source & manage equipment to deliver a world class service.I hold a Personal License issued by Preston City Council and a Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders issued by BII, which demonstrate my knowledge and competence in the licensed hospitality sector. I also have an ABCQ issued by BII, which certifies my ability to manage alcohol-related issues in a responsible manner. My mission is to deliver high-quality and safe food and beverages to LNER's customers, while also enhancing their loyalty and retention. I work with a dedicated and professional CX proposition team, who support me in achieving this goal.
