Resulted in lower hardware returns, and installation reworks. ● Performed site walkthroughs to properly scope appropriate systems the first time. ● Designed and developed final systems using a co-authored solution process with the customers. ● Led customer facing demonstrations of camera and video management solutions. ● Created standardized customer facing presentations. ● Attended trade shows and performed live demonstrations yielding additional leads and opportunities. ● Tested and evaluated new products including camera hardware, and video management platforms to stay up to date on knowledge and competitors.
