While at Lexmark, progressed through a series of promotions, culminating in challenge to help re-launch field sales organization in Northeast region. Experience working in multiple channels including retail, distribution, commercial, public sector, and e-commerce. Other responsibilities include, P&L management, forecasting and demand planning, market analytics and sales team training/development programs.In July of 2009, had the opportunity to return to Tampa to take part in an entrepreneurial venture. Ten years into my startup venture, Ideal Medical Solutions, LLC continues to grow year over year. Currently (as of July 2020), I have 5 employees. The business has evolved to specialize in personal injury billing in Florida which has unique riles that continually shift and change. Additionally, we have managed to extend our brand to include sending pre-suit demands to go along with submitting bills. This allows us to service a broader segment of the market since we do not need to do the billing in order to provide the demand service.Alongside IMS I have worked to develop a proprietary tracking program to help manage my business. In April of 2019 we officially created 3 Seas Software, LLC and are preparing to bring our software product to market.
