Directed all revenue center activities of $50M Intelligence contracting operations focused on Intelligence solutions in national and tactical arenas. Primary clients were NSA, DIA, and NGA with other operations including NAVAIR, SPAWAR, and AFRL. Provided full spectrum of management and leadership in current contract performance, business development, organizational development, human resources and financial performance. Managed nine direct reports and a division of 120 staff. Personally led capture, successful proposal and stand-up of SIA Program acting as a change agent for corporate support re-directing activities of contracts, HR, and finance for first ever $1B competitive IDIQ program office. Through employee-driven continuous improvement increased revenue from $38M to $50M over two year timeframe, while converting significant congressionally directed programs to competitive awards. Directed stand-up and institutionalization of task order contract delivery practice incorporating supply chain of over 50 subcontractors and provided task order response with improvement from 45 days to less than 10 days. This system produced over $60M in awards within one year.
