I currently manage a department that handles various types of Consumer Loans. The types of loans that the Portfolio Lending Department is responsible for include Construction Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Automobile Loans, Bridge Loans, Retail loans along with special handling mortgage loans that will be held and serviced in the banks portfolio. I handle the administration portion of the departments origination systems to ensure that all loan products, parameters & interest rates are kept up to date and within compliance. I have handled the installment and training of 2 different origination systems in the past 5 1/2 years. At the end of each month, I am responsible for handling the reporting of production & pipeline numbers to Senior Management.I also co-manage the Loss Mitigation Department as well as assisting the other managers within the Loan Servicing and Collections Departments. I am responsible for maintaining a special phone queue line to ensure that the line is properly staffed at all times. I am responsible for monitoring timecards for 6 employees.
