Dr. Chrissy Coley is a higher education leader and management consultant with extensive experience facilitating transformational change in the college and university setting. In addition to her 10+ years as a higher education/EdTech consultant, Chrissy has served in a variety of senior leadership roles on college and university campuses, including as Vice President for Student Engagement and Success at Barton College and Assistant Vice Provost for Student Success Initiatives at The University of South Carolina. Her areas of expertise include student success/retention planning, strategic planning and execution, organizational development, change leadership, governance, communication planning, and business process development and improvement.Chrissy has dedicated her career to supporting colleges and universities in achieving their educational mission, enhancing their institutional performance, and advancing their outcomes related to student learning, engagement, and success.
