Though in its infancy, it will be positioned as an umbrella company and brand which houses seven streams of multi-industry engagement with a mission to elevate the lives and endeavors of others.

As Director of Talent Movement, I provide leadership and strategic planning for the movement all talent who make appearances on various Essence experience and sponsor stages throughout the New Orleans Convention Center. Well over 100 different entertainers, influencers, authors, and executives appear on nearly 20 activation stages and booths each of the festival's three days. The Talent Movement team includes 50-60 managers, talent handlers, and parking lot attendants.

I design and execute Individual Education Plans (IEP) for students who have been state-evaluated as being exceptionally gifted in music. I challenge multi-instrumental and vocal students to grow in music theory and history knowledge, as well as develop their skills as advanced young performers on their primary and secondary instruments. Annually, I produce in-person and virtual performances featuring students from at 5-10 schools throughout the district.

Established growing media department and developed online presence for 20+ year old ministry. Currently responsible for weekly live streaming, content creation for in-service graphic needs, as well as social media platforms. Produced weekly virtual services during early pandemic, including filming and editing audio, video, and graphic content. Training and managing team of volunteers with monthly rotation schedule and ongoing skill development.

Taught engaging and relevant General Music course for 4th-8th graders. Re-established an award-winning choral program of students in 1st to 8th grade, including a performance with a National Children's Choir at Carnegie Hall, and a high-ranking performance at a national choral festival (Anaheim, CA). Coordinated travel and performance logistics for large group and fundraised extensively.

An artist logistics manager responsible for a team of 40+ talent handlers and coordinators, in addition to security teams. Coordinated with major sponsoring companies' representatives and talent management on confirmation and execution of scheduled appearances throughout the Morial Convention Center site. Provided insight and advisement to ESSENCE festival producers concerning best practices for successful talent transportation protocols.

Entered the organization as a Programming department intern and advanced to eventually become the Director of Programming within 2 1/2 years. Managed Grammy Award-winning jazz orchestra, organizing local, national and international performance logistics in collaboration with Artistic Director, hiring music personnel, contributing to successful grant writing process, coordinating educational programming (including an annual summer camp and weekend workshops) and maintaining music library. As Talent Manager, monthly booked local and internationally acclaimed acts for 7-day jazz club, Irvin Mayfield's Jazz Playhouse.

Coordinated youth center activities and events. Organized volunteer teams. Maintained communications between venue and bands and rental prospects. Hosted local and state community events. Created and presented media presentations to gain community support.*Currently a member of the Advisory Board
