Responsibilities include developing and maintaining close relationships with MSP business owners to create strategic business plans to increase customers' revenue through SolarWinds solutions . Work closely with customers' sales and technical teams to train and educate on implementation and sales of products. Generate and drive sales and marketing plans with all assigned partners—including services practice initiation, enablement, business development, and pipeline generation.Additional responsibilities include:• Uncover new opportunities and cross-sell within existing customer base• Schedule quarterly QBR’s with customers to review forecasts, projects, pipeline, gaps in offerings, industry trends and customer resources• Act as a liaison and escalation point between customers and finance/support/product teams• Help customers build their program offerings based on their business model, vertical, and geographical location
