I am a large bank examiner working with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. I currently work in an operational capacity in support of our examination staff across all financial institution portfolios. I am also involved in bank DE&I leadership and serve on the Board for Spectrum, our LGBTQIA+ employee support group.My background is engineering, and most of my previous experience has been in project management for the medical device industry. My experience includes contributions to all areas of product design, development, and launch, including but not limited to market identification and opportunity valuation, pipeline strategy and project prioritization, customer needs definition and translation to engineering requirements, pro forma financial development, P&L management, budget and timeline responsibility, intellectual property portfolio and strategy development, sourcing and supply chain management, operations, and sustaining engineering.With the Federal Reserve, I am hoping to continue to expand my career by achieving examiner commissioning status as well as use my background in analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights to the improvement of supervisory operations and risk identification and trending for the financial system.I graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois with a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. I received my MBA with focuses in Finance, Analytical Finance, and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
