As an internal BI consultant, I design self-service dashboards and underlying data structures for project leads in marketing, operations, finance, and more. I focus on providing beautiful and clear visualizations that help the project lead tell a story. Along with dashboard creation, I develop tools and improve our UI to promote better visibility and accessibility to existing reporting.

Created a loan application lifecycle fact table, information that was manually joined for many queries. Designed fraud decline funnel visualizations for product reports. Researched ways to identify suspicious activity each time a user logs in or calls.

Developed a chatbot platform capable of common interactions in an inbound customer service call. With a chatbot that identifies customer intent, recurrent issues could easily be tracked and collected as structured data to produce business insights to show where improvements could be made.

Proposed standardized method of converting clinical practice guidelines into answer set programming-based computer- implementable guidelines. Developed and implemented thyroid nodule computer-implementable guidelines while collaborating with PhD and medical school students, physicians, and professors.

Material science research of heat cycling effects on anodized aluminum. Designed sampling equipment, created and performed experiment procedures, evaluated sample surfaces with scanning electron microscope, and presented research at university poster symposium.

Collaborated with biology researcher on the subject of Antillean manatees. Utilized MATLAB to find a deterministic mathematical model for weight as a function of standard morphometric measurements. Presented research at university research conference open to public and at Michigan Academy of Science, Arts, and Letters.
