As a part of Major, Lindsey & Africa Administrative Leadership team, I focus on the growth and development of the administrative support staff for MLA.     As the Regional Operations Manager for MLA and Allegis Partners, I managed approximately 15-25 employees across the United States (including Chicago, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Houston). I oversaw and was responsible for the administrative staff within the following MLA Practice Groups: Law Firm Management, Interim Legal Talent, Transform as well as overseeing administrative and operational needs of the Boston and Houston office. Operational oversight included overseeing real estate changes and needs, new employee interviewing, hiring and training; appraising performance; managing performance issues and providing leadership to the administrative staff located in those offices and/or practice groups.During a short period of time (April 2012-Octover 2015), I also provided support to the Law Firm group within MLA as the Contracts Administrator. In this role, I would review and negotiate law firm fee agreements and organize the information across all North America offices of MLA.
