Most of us want some variation of the same three themes in life, happiness, freedom and connections. For me, happiness starts with my wife and kids and comes from simple things like teaching my son to swim or laughing with my daughter. Freedom comes in many forms but mine is most felt in my choice of profession, the activities I participate in and the community I choose to live in. The quality of our connections can vary but my strongest ones are built from mutual trust, respect and like-minded interests. I strive on a daily basis to enhance, strengthen and build upon each of these three themes for myself and for those around me. My role as a Financial Advisor with The Tarantino Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management is to help our clients enhance their happiness, freedom, and connections. It begins by first listening and understanding what is important to them. From there we develop strategies and provide advice to help individuals, families and businesses achieve their short- and long-term goals. I am able to do this because of the resources of one of the largest and most respected asset management firms in the world, Merrill. We work with individuals and businesses across the nation but we also have a longstanding history in Springfield, MA serving our Massachusetts and Connecticut communities since 1974. I graduated from Trinity College with a BA in Economics and joined the financial services industry in 2004. My career gave me the opportunity to live and work in New York City, London, Phoenix and San Francisco. I have met life-long friends along the way and have now returned to the community I grew up in.  Moving to Simsbury, CT with my family, joining The Tarantino Group at Merrill and being near relatives and friends has been one of the most fulfilling decisions in my life.
