Managed the Percentage Project at Penn which is a data collection creating statistics from the input of computer science and other engineering students through an anonymous survey. These statistics then get taken and are overlaid onto photos of engineers with the statistic present. Then, on launch day are spread all over social media to raise awareness of the microaggressions faced by engineers. I was tasked with spreading awareness, distributing emails and campaign information, running the photoshoot, creating the survey, and more!

Conducted office hours, helped with grading, and led recitations for ~500 students taking Calculus II (MATH 1400).

Worked with the Client Core team as a part of the Core Operating System (OS) division which is all under the Azure Edge + Platform organization. Here, I deciphered how to leverage AI to improve products and user experiences, collaborated on a multitude of things with software developers, data analysts, and other technical program managers, designed a product roadmap, strategy plan, conducted internal user research and market research, created deliverables, and presented findings. Diving deeper, I worked very closely with our data intelligence and AI teams in order to create both supervised and unsupervised ML models to learn which inputs and signals most directly pertain to different types of users.

Continued to work with the Base Station Radio Replacement team in collaboration with the NYPD.

Worked with the Base Station Radio Replacement (BSRR) team in collaboration with the NYPD on a widely scaled project. The project reached 300+ sites around the five boroughs and is $85 million in value. Also, visited sites and managed installation of equipment for FDNY and DoITT.Specifically, I created deliverables, managed site installations of both hardware and software, automated spreadsheets, created statements of work, updated existing documentation and created new documentation, partook in client meetings, and created slide decks.

Managed hundreds of instructors who are either PhD students, software engineers, undergraduates, or master's students and also leveled, sorted, and managed thousands of high school students to aid them on their AI journey. Orchestrated the AI program in terms of handling program execution, including organizing, hosting, and managing Jupyter notebooks and Zoom sessions; sorting and leveling students based on their previous computer science experience, matching students to their best fit AI project, organizing materials and student-instructor matchings, communicating with instructors, students, and families; working to build a strong instructor community, streamlining processes and work with the Curriculum team to design new AI programs, and collaborating with the Growth team to support outreach and partnerships like Sal Khan's Lab School.

Selected to partake in the BCG Advance program which is a nation-wide conference over several weeks that is designed to uplift and inform women about having a potential career in consulting.

Conducted CIS research on the Formalization of Permutation Networks through Penn Undergraduate Research Mentoring (PURM) Program and part of the Deep Specification research team. Permutation Networks are circuits of configurable switches, such that their output is always a permutation of the input. Our choice of permutation network was the Benes network. In order to prove and work with permutation networks, we used a proof-based programming language called Coq. We created circuitry and we used abstraction in the creation to simplify the composition to allow for ease in future use.

Created the robotics and Arduino curriculum and then executed teaching it at the four week summer program in coalition with Penn's GRASP Lab. Unite - Summer Mentorship Program (SMP) is an engineering summer program for high school students who are either an underrepresented minority, female, ESL, Free or Reduced Lunch, 1st Generation College Bound, and/or Receive Special Education. I served as the lead instructor along with another Master's student at Penn and we had two Master's students as our assistants.

Non-profit organization I started, along with 3 others located all over NC, during COVID-19 pandemic in order to give back to healthcare workers and raise money for the World Health Organization.

Wrote and received grants from the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) in order for ~500 girls from Title I schools to gain exposure to STEM concepts by learning about Robotics, Scratch, App Inventor, and the Internet of Things. Brought in many guest speakers, orchestrated field trips, and brought in other women to talk about job opportunities for women in the STEM workforce.
