Receive and date stamp invoices, verify accuracy of invoices, evaluate need to add use tax to invoice if sales tax is not already included, create batches in Champs inventory system for Hersheypark maintenance products/services, link the invoices to the appropriate work orders/jobs, transfer batches to AS400 for payment, research pricing or receiving.

Receive invoices and send them out for proper approval, once received back, code and enter invoices in the computer system, process requests for payment, match up and attach invoice to check back-up, create and use various spreadsheets in Excel, process bi-weekly payroll for 600 employees, process weekly expense reports, assist employees with payroll.

Open and close the store, reconcile cash registers, make bank deposits, track deposits, supervise employees, train new employees, greet customers and assist them with their retail needs, accurately enter customer orders, create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, keep up with emails in Outlook, provide excellent customer service over the phone, ship.
