DART and COAT), Business Process Management, Benefit Realisation Management, Fiscal Management, IT Service Management, Performance Management and have built up a broad foundation to identify and harvest value for the organisation.Driving various cross-functional and cross-geographical initiatives and managing a team of specialists allowed me to build solid skills in Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Change Management and Communication.Having a broad technical understanding and IT background and a strong passion for delivering business value, I am bridging the technical part with the business/functional part of the organisation as value is harvested by utilising IT solutions in a business context.I am an open, loyal, dedicated and hard-working team player and leader who takes responsibility and is not losing his humour when the pace increases.
