My name is Christian Fields, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Accounting with a minor in Agricultural Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have a strong interest in the intersection of finance and the agricultural industry, which has been a key driver in shaping my academic path.I’m excited to continue my tax internship this spring at GBE CPA in Seward, NE, where I'll be further honing my skills in tax preparation and compliance. During my internship, I’ll be working extensively with tax software, Excel, and developing my professional communication skills with clients and colleagues. This experience is not only providing me with practical knowledge in tax accounting but also reinforcing my passion for the industry.Outside of academics and work, I enjoy spending time outdoors through hunting, fishing, and golfing—activities that help me balance my professional aspirations with personal relaxation.Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to establish my own accounting firm. I’m committed to continuously improving my expertise in tax and accounting practices, with the aim of one day leading a firm that serves clients with integrity, precision, and personalized service.
