I provide assistance in maintaining Dale Corp's project delivery schedule and budget on a variety of complex construction projects, while also acting as an Owner's Representative ensuring that a high level quality of care, attention and focus is extended towards our clients' best interests and needs on their project.

- Guided students of the School of Drafting and Design through their Design and Drafting Capstone course, culminating in an Associate's Degree in Computer Drafting and Design.- Instructed the School of Drafting and Design's Architectural Drafting II course introducing students to BIM and Revit software fundamentals.

Work consisted of a variety of project and delivery types: -Served as a consultant to NYSCA during Pre-Design development of scoping and Basis of Design documentation for renovations to Midwood High School (Brooklyn, New York, NY) Field House renovations. - Participated in developing project documentation with respect to NYU Langone FEMA remediation and damage assessment efforts due to damage sustained to the facilities following Hurricane Sandy.

Project within the following industries included: Science and Technology, Pharmaceutical and Bio-tech. Dedicated to ensuring that all construction complied with the contract documents and design intent. Worked closely in coordination with project consultants, engineers and contractors to ensure coordination during the construction phase of each project. Participated in all aspects of the construction phase starting from the bid/award and Notice to Proceed through Substantial Completion, Final Completion and Close Out. Additional activities included regular attendance of weekly on-site job meetings, review of General Contractor's construction change requests and change orders, review and response to General Contractor's shop drawing, submittals and RFI's, creation of Field Notices, bulletins, field sketches and ASI, conduct field observations and compile punchlists.

Experience included CAD production and coordination of construction drawings and specifications throughout all phases of the design process. Actively involved in the construction adminstration phase of a number of projects. Introduced to a number of project management resposibilities such as assistance in responses to client RFP's, creation of RFP's for consultant/engineering services, assistance in the selection of engineering services, drafting of consultant agreements, review of monthly payment applications.

Majority of projects consisted of clients within the elementary and secondary education sectors.CAD production of construction documents consisting of FFE layouts, enlarged plans, toilet room layouts, roof layout, perimeter roof edge details, door and hardware schedules, and finish schedules throughout the Design Development and CD phases. Assisted in Pre-Design, Site Survey and documentation of existing conditions.
