✦ Summary ✦After obtaining my MBA, I transitioned into financial management because of a knack for finance and strong business ethics. I was (and am) passionate about the national security environment and wanted to be a part of improving the Army's financial readiness, audit standing, and decision making processes. Ultimately, I strived to be an excellent steward of taxpayer dollars and change any perceptions that those monies are used inefficiently. Over the years, I fused a craving for economics, business, and finance with a global security perspective to understand geopolitics and how America’s adversaries resource their strategies as they engage in global competition with America and our allies. I've been instrumental in developing better policies and strategies to compete with American adversaries within the economic domain.I realize that the business community can benefit from ethical decision makers and financial managers to improve competitive advantages through an open and transparent environment. By leveraging a positive impact on ethics, competence, and insight, I now strive to be the type of financial manager that will strengthen America's economic future. On top of all of this, I truly enjoy shepherding the career progression of junior teammates to invest in the future by developing the potential of others.✦ Areas of Expertise ✦Program Management • Enterprise Strategies • Team Building & Leadership • Change Management • Relationship Management • Compliance • Innovative Solutions & Improvements • Strategic Planning & Execution • Customer ServiceI welcome the opportunity to connect with you and look forward to a dialogue about how my career goals match your professional needs.
