After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Millersville University in 2014 with a degree in Communication Studies, I plunged head-first into entrepreneurship, aspiring to help each client build the business of their dreams. As a freelancer I have: run social media campaigns; built websites for bloggers and businesses; written content for major publications like Thought Catalog and for MU; helped to rebuild a small business and turn around its profits; helped formulate a new HR department for a local firm, and more. Growing up as an "Army Brat", and living overseas in college, I developed a strong sense of adaptability and learned the importance of change and flexibility. I am a people person, passionate about creating a vibrant culture of inclusivity, diversity, dedication, great communication, and teamwork in the workplace. An ENFP ("Campaigner") on the Meyers-Briggs test, I am an advocate for my co-workers, a passionate networker, imaginative and out-of-the-box thinker, attentive listener, and ardent communicator. Whether it be a client or a co-worker, I love nothing more than seeing people operating in their sweet spot and helping them get there.Since 2015 I have worked for Cornerstone Design-Architects, and have helped to build a position at the firm where I work in Project Management Systems, Web Design, Marketing, Licensing, and assist with HR matters (especially hiring and recruiting). I love to help create better workflows for clients, and CDA has been a wonderful place to put this skill into action.
