Current- Sources candidates through direct channels including job boards, databases, internal talent tools, employee referrals, business networking and social media sites.
- Drives achievement of hiring targets; including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Manages the end to end recruitment process including; implementation of sourcing strategies, screening candidates, providing a short list of candidates, scheduling candidates for further interview assessment, and.
