About Christian Marsh-Frydenlund
I am an Associate Vice President and construction program manager for Dewberry Design-Builders, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dewberry Companies, Inc. I bring over 18 years' experience to my role and my current responsibilities include managing the entire construction process for Dewberry's diverse, light commercial client base. On the every-day, I manage my construction team whether we are working through an architect-led project or through design-build delivery method for commercial construction projects. My daily responsibilities include pre-construction coordination, scheduling, development of construction phasing plans, developing construction budgets, preparing final construction cost proposals, obtaining permits, and execution of construction project management. As the market segment leader for Dewberry Design-Builder's Light Commercial segment, I am directly responsible for the coordination of various trades, management of subcontractors, and coordinating progress meetings between the design team, the construction team, and the tenant/owner/landlord to complete projects within budget and on schedule while satisfying client scope and safety requirements.I am passionate about listening to clients to understand their concerns and delivering solutions that meet their specific needs. My agile team offers unique experience in turnkey construction project delivery, technical proficiency, and a safety-minded, problem-solving approach that can be leveraged for a variety of client needs from restaurant and retail spaces to adaptive reuse of commercial development sites. I am a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). I am also a member of several professional associations, including the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) and Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
