My working career began as a corporate lawyer before entering into the world of recruitment, first in London and then in Auckland where I have managed various recruitment teams across a variety of industries.In 2018 I joined the NZX listed Accordant Group (NZX: AGL), which operates the trading entities AWF, Madison, Hobson Leavy, Jackson Stone & Partners, Absolute IT and The Work Collective. Following a brief stint as the Group’s Chief Sales Officer I moved into the role of General Manager at Madison, one of New Zealand’s largest white collar recruitment businesses. In 2023 I took on the role of Chief Operating Officer across two of the Accordant businesses - Absolute IT and Madison Recruitment. My role has accountability for the performance, strategy, profitability, people leadership and brand reputation of both businesses.
