Initially hired to work solely for one NorthStar subsidiary (Gemini Fund Services, LLC). Role expanded to encompass design work for NorthStar itself and each of it’s other seven subsidiaries. The work included designing a wide range of collateral and support materials such as corporate brochures, postcards, print ads, email templates, and web and video graphics, as well conference materials such as tradeshow booths and banners. Lead designer on several major projects including the rebranding of both Gemini and NorthStar. Created logo, designed related collateral, and helped organize Advisor Forum conference from 2010-2012 and again in 2014.

Created and designed packaging for consumer packaged goods. Managed brand identity for all fish products and pet dental products. Updated brand identity and designed packaging for entire line of Mardel® aquatic products to be sold in pet specialty stores. Created logo, new brand identity, and packaging for AP™ line of aquatic products to be sold in grocery and drug stores. Updated brand identity and designed packaging for Petrodex® line of pet dental products for sale in pet specialty stores. Designed pages featuring items from Mardel®, Petrodex®, and Sentry™ AV product lines for Sergeant's Pet Specialty catalog. Developed and produced brochures and various sales support materials.

Responsible for station's art direction. Led design team in creating news and other on-air graphics to support and maintain station's design standards. Worked with Promotions Department in creating print ads, billboard campaigns and other materials while maintaining design standards. Provided input and graphics support to Sales Production staff for clients and advertising. Created and maintained internal stationery identity system, signage, and branding.
