In addition to my responsibilities as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, as Lead Service Coordinator at Pepperell House (BCHA/NHS coproduction, commissioned by Public Health England to support individuals discharged following psychiatric treatment), I am tasked with supporting the Senior Practitioner in the day to day management and delivery of the service, and, the structuring, management and delivery of all operational support requirements of the service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;1. The reporting of and completion logging for any repairs or incidents on BCHA's online platforms for this, ensuring it is done in a timely manner and within company and H&S guidelines.2. POC for all IT issues and initial IT onboarding for new employees. This includes their NHS onboarding.3. Supporting the SP to assess and make decisions on accepting or declining referrals and then ensuring that the processing of accepted referrals or declines is done in a timely manner.4. Setting up multi-agency meetings where need for our clients is identified and support is better offered by another agency or where collectively as a multi-agency group we can achieve the best outcome for our clients in terms of support and meeting their recovery needs in full.5. Arranging and/or then deputising for the SP at meetings (MARMM, HRDA, OT, MH Reviews, Professional, Safeguarding, Risk Assessment, OT/Social Care Assessments, CIN meetings etc.), 6. Leading group practice reviews.7. Supporting internal quality audits. 8. Assisting the Senior Practitioner in auditing case notes and client records, ensuring these are thorough, accurate and kept up to date by everyone with a case load. 9. Rota management.10. Making sure as a team we are supporting clients in a trauma informed way, that any support is done in a person centred manner, and that we delivery the service in a safe, psychologically informed environment. 11. Supporting the SP in recruitment and management of staff.

Reach Out is a complex lives team tasked with helping service users with very complex and chaotic lives, but primarily that they are homeless in some form or other. We aim to tackle all their issues in one go, a whole person-centered approach to recovery. In addition to my content acquisition responsibilities for both Shorts International and Shorts TV, I am responsible for:1. Developing strategic alliances for content – film schools, libraries, institutions and brands.2. Developing revenue streams for original programming through branded content deals, film funds, institutional investment, co-productions and treaty deals.3. Developing revenue streams and sponsorship for tent pole events and in-house editorial content (Oscars, The Pitch etc.) 4. Working alongside and assisting the channel sales team with identifying opportunities for growth, development and additional revenue streams for the channels in current and new territories.5. Assisting the channel team with pitches, deal negotiation and channel initiatives.6. Identifying digital opportunities and growing our digital presence.7. Identifying and growing our On-Air sponsorship, Advertising and Infomercial opportunities for the channels.

Shorts International is a full-service short film entertainment company representing over 3000 films to over 120 international broadcasters across every platform and every medium. In addition to Short Film distribution, Shorts International is also a broadcaster, with Shorts TV Channels in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Africa, Turkey and the USA. Further expansion is planned throughout EMEA, Asia and the Americas. I jointly head up the Global Acquisition team with my colleague Linda Olszewski (based in our LA office) and together we are responsible for the management of the global acquisition team and content acquisitions into the Shorts International catalogue and Shorts TV Channels.

MoMedia manages the digital rights of 52 production companies. Momedia distributes content globally into over 50 countries via connections with mobile operators, IPTV platforms, internet portals and the new media divisions of major broadcasters. Momedia creates original programming & channels that are designed specifically for digital platforms and with the knowledge of what works via their aggregation businesses. As Head of IPTV I oversee all IPTV initiatives.
