Lead Service Coordinator
CurrentIn addition to my responsibilities as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, as Lead Service Coordinator at Pepperell House (BCHA/NHS coproduction, commissioned by Public Health England to support individuals discharged following psychiatric treatment), I am tasked with supporting the Senior Practitioner in the day to day management and delivery of the service, and, the structuring, management and delivery of all operational support requirements of the service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;1. The reporting of and completion logging for any repairs or incidents on BCHA's online platforms for this, ensuring it is done in a timely manner and within company and H&S guidelines.2. POC for all IT issues and initial IT onboarding for new employees. This includes their NHS onboarding.3. Supporting the SP to assess and make decisions on accepting or declining referrals and then ensuring that the processing of accepted referrals or declines is done in a timely manner.4. Setting up multi-agency meetings where need for our clients is identified and support is better offered by another agency or where collectively as a multi-agency group we can achieve the best outcome for our clients in terms of support and meeting their recovery needs in full.5. Arranging and/or then deputising for the SP at meetings (MARMM, HRDA, OT, MH Reviews, Professional, Safeguarding, Risk Assessment, OT/Social Care Assessments, CIN meetings etc.), 6. Leading group practice reviews.7. Supporting internal quality audits. 8. Assisting the Senior Practitioner in auditing case notes and client records, ensuring these are thorough, accurate and kept up to date by everyone with a case load. 9. Rota management.10. Making sure as a team we are supporting clients in a trauma informed way, that any support is done in a person centred manner, and that we delivery the service in a safe, psychologically informed environment. 11. Supporting the SP in recruitment and management of staff.
