When I was about seven years of age I had a teacher who told me that because of increases in efficiency, by the time that I reached forty years of age I would only be working two days week.  I have spent my whole life imagining what changes would be necessary to accomplish that.  How do we look after everyone and create a civilization that would be fun to live in and easy to operate, where the benefits of our technological advancements could be enjoyed by everyone?  The challenge was too much to resist, so twelve years ago I launched a business project to make a few changes to our civilization that wasn't delivering what I had been promised sixty years earlier.I started the Online North America Party just for fun because that is what I thought a party was for, and designed some easy money management programs to reduce the paperwork required for international trade. The only thing that we have going for us as a species is that we trade, which provides us with so much more than what we could produce as individuals. The easier it is for us to trade, ideas, produce and solutions, the easier it is for us to progress towards a sustainable environment which requires efficient usage of the resources we have at our disposal.  We also need a lot higher percentage of individuals actively pushing in the same direction.Trade is very much influenced by banking which I felt should  be controlled by 'we the people' so that profits from community effort would be dispersed to all owners of the community funded activity.  Since 'we the people' bank could loan money to itself and spend that money on social services, there would be much less need for Government to worry about budgets and deficits and homeless.  The 'we the people' bank could finance whatever is needed to keep things the way 'we the people' would like them and with a few changes to the Corporations Act, keep ownership of community businesses in the control of local residents.
