As ArmadaCare’s product management lead, I function as the central hub for all things product, including market data, competitors, customer profiles, product features, positioning/messaging, and product KPIs. I oversee the full cycle of product development from conception through launch and refinement in collaboration with the cross-functional teams.

In my most favorite assignment, I worked hand-in-hand with a specialty healthcare start-up to get the business off the ground; beginning with business plan development, on to presentations to potential financiers and partners, through to print and online collateral, to marketing strategy development, to marketing department development. Through the years, I've driven product development projects; including industry research, stakeholder analysis, marketing strategy, and tactical plan development and management. I've created and managed the roll-out of communications plans for a variety of projects, including company and product name changes, new service or product launches, process changes, etc. I've written and managed the design and production all kinds of collateral, including brochures, presentations, articles, thought pieces, press releases. And I've managed the production of several company web sites, including site architecture, copy development, and design management. In resume speak, I have over 15 years of cross-functional business experience, with emphasis in marketing, product development, and communications. I have managed the full life-cycle of marketing and communications projects, from strategy and concept definition through implementation.
