I am a highly driven people leader and operations specialist, with a passion for sustainable tourism, education and environmental protection. I have experience working in both the tourism and education industries in Europe and Australia. In Europe, I worked for tour operator Topdeck Travel, where I helped to train and mentor new road crew and work as part of a team leading groups across Europe. My most recent tourism role was Operations Supervisor at G Adventures for the Oceania region, where I have helped to oversee tours in the region, resolve customer service issues and liaise with over 200 suppliers. In 2020, I moved into the education sector, applying my management skills to online student support teams. I believe that traveling is the greatest way to learn about our world and can contribute to improved livelihoods, heritage protection and appreciation for our environment.
