I am the main point of contact for our customers size 100-2,000 lives, their brokers, and our enrollment firm partners. External Responsibilities:- Pre-sale consulting - discovering prospective clients current administration strengths and weaknesses in order to recommend products and solutions that best fit their HCM platforms - Pre and Post-Sale Proactive Client Management, Education, Development, Growth and Retention - Driving, designing, and executing integrated enrollment, service and growth strategies for each customerInternal Responsibilities- Oversight of and coordination for all post-sale activities including implementation, ongoing service, and issue resolution- Manage various department partners to ensure service issues are delegated and resolved quickly and accurately. These clients require attention to detail, thorough understanding of products, technology partners and administrative struggles.Knowledge - Understanding of HCM system capabilities/limitations and advantages for technology vendors such as Workday, UKG, Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, and more.- Administrative Challenges for HR – billing, claims tracking, payroll updating, data feed connections, etc.- Product portfolio knowledge (Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, FMLA, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Dental & Vision).

I learned how to create a competitive market analysis, logged information pertaining to television and radio advertisements, sat in on multiple client meetings and conference calls, visited the studios where commercials were created, and developed a presentation with another intern on how the company could improve their networking within the community.
