My career has been focused on creating measurable impact and fostering meaningful relationships. In my role at One Mind at Work, I partner with our member companies to help build and implement effective workplace mental health programs leading to improved business outcomes and healthier employee populations. Mental health issues have a significant impact on American society, depression alone is the leading cause of disability leave worldwide, affects 6-7% of American adults, and costs an estimated $210 billion annually. The case for improving mental health and wellbeing is clear and will lead to more sustainable business practices. I bring to this role more than 12 years of business operations experience, predominantly spent at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. In my time at Columbia, I fostered the connection between expert research faculty and private industry, leveraged public health insights and cutting edge science to address business and policy priorities of our corporate partners, and amplified public health impact.
