Member of the initial leadership and implementation team for the ACS Workforce Institute (ACS WI), a partnership formed in 2015 between the City University of New York (CUNY) and New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services (ACS), devoted to the professional development of the city’s child welfare professionals. ACS WI delivered custom designed trainings to over 10,000 individuals each year in the five boroughs of New York City. As a member of the senior leadership team contributed to the design of the organization and development of a human resource planning process, operational procedures, change management initiatives, talent development and program evaluation mechanisms. As Director was responsible for building and leading a training department of 40+ facilitators and remote customer service staff and managing off-site facilities. Supervised delivery of portfolio of 19+ courses to frontline and supervisory staff with annual goal of training 10,000 learners. Managed budget of $3M.

Hired as the Senior Manager to plan and manage rollout of the Institute’s first set of courses which included hiring, onboarding and managing facilitation and customer support teams; establishing operations processes and procedures and project managing facility set up at five remote locations. Promoted to Director after six months.

Introduced technology and social media to highlight the work of faculty, alumni and students at annual industry conference.
