- Leads large scale training initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional project teams and external partners to ensure objectives are met.
- Identifies and creates innovative learning solutions and assets that address performance requirements, support performance gaps, and drive behavioral outcomes
- Develops high-quality, engaging blended learning assets grounded in sound learning design principles, incorporating multimedia content, eLearning authoring tools, and strategic uses of facilitation
- Analyzes and leverages performance data and feedback to steer future learning solutions
- Develops, supports, and drives long-term vision for the Training department to further team competencies and KPI increases
