Start Healthy, Stay Healthy' combines products, educational resources and services that are designed to encourage the early establishment of healthy eating habits in children from birth to preschool.Roles and Responsibilities:• Promote the GERBER Start Healthy, Stay Healthy Nutrition System. • Target audience: Hospitals, Pediatricians and WIC Offices (i.e. State Public Health Units.) • Utilizing a credible knowledge of Infant/Toddler nutrition as well as the Gerber Good Start complete range of products and services• Ensure the awareness and recommendation of Gerber Good Start product portfolio and the Gerber Start Healthy, Stay Healthy (SHSH) Nutrition System (Prenatal to 48 months of age). If an Infant is not breastfed (which is the ideal nutrition for feeding Infants).• Articulate, assertive, self-motivated, confident, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving skills. • Good business acumen with the ability to adapt well within rapidly changing work and industry environment.• Extensive computer skills Comfort discussing issues with physicians, dietitians, nurses and other clinical professionals.

Promoted internally to increase market share and sales volume for psychiatry products such as Concerta, Invega, and Invega Sustenna (injectable) to customer base comprised of community mental health centers, private practice psychiatry offices, state hospitals, and general pediatric offices while successfully managing territory performance.• Improved district team product knowledge by developing and implementing best practice rounds on Concerta, combining districts for competitive selling solutions best practice rounds, and promoting regional contest to Indiana team recognized for ranking #1 of 6 for 2010’s Regional Concerta Back to School launch.• Ranked top 20% (2010).• Recognized by Regional Business Director 2 months in 2010 for leadership performance.• Earned top 25% ranking of 445 sales representatives (2009) based on market saturation for launching long acting injectable product treating schizophrenia.• Recognized by internal leadership for successfully managing market launch of Sustenna (2009) to territory psychologists throughout mental health facilities.• Chosen by leadership to work 2008’s American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Meeting based upon professional knowledge and new customer acquisition successes.

Embraced challenge to support Northwest and Northeast Indiana physicians with pharmaceutical products such as Levaquin Oral Tablets, Ultracet, , Risperdal, Sporanox, and Reminyl. Marquee clients included internists, urologists, ENT’s, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, neurologists, infectious disease specialists, critical care physicians, rheumatologists, orthopedic surgeons, general and vascular surgeons, and family practice doctors. Tasked with developing and executing 90-day action plans ensuring team’s sales results, collaborating with cross functional teams to implement strategies and drive sales, and planning and deploying innovative sales blitzes, speaker programs, and medical society meetings. Additionally, accepted opportunity to support hospitals including, inpatient pharmacies, emergency departments, microbiology, medical education, infection control, residents, and P&T organizations. Facilitate resident conferences at numerous hospitals, organize and lead teleconferences, conduct in-services with various hospital departments, and analyze quarterly business performance.
