*Successfully lobbied the county Board of Supervisors to invest $9.5 million in strategic investments to mitigate the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, including a $5.2 million dollar investment in the Behavioral Health Workforce Partnership. *Convened nonprofits leaders from across San Joaquin County and facilitated the development of strategic investments for children and youth from local funds. *Managed the data analysis and forums with local experts in order to create strategic goals to bring before the board of supervisors.*Successfully advocated for the creation of the Children and Youth Task Force created by the county board of supervisors. Coordinated the meetings, goals and engagement with over 80 organizations and community leaders. *Coordinated and organized all engagement with the board of supervisors through public comment, presentations to the board, coordination with department heads, and meetings to build momentum for funding requests. *Developed and managed a bi-annual fair connecting local non-profits to case managers, school counselors, etc. in order to increase awareness of critical programs and strengthen relationships to facilitate more “warm handoffs” in the community. *Built relationships with non-profits of all sizes and worked to build connections for greater collective impact. *Managed key public education campaigns and social media engagement to raise awareness about the value of expanding prevention and early intervention programing for children and youth. *Speaker at community events including Leadership Stockton Breakfast (2017) presenting relevant data and strategies for strengthening children and families in our community. *Managed all aspects of two county-wide ballot initiatives for the creation of a children and youth fund including - Fundraising, volunteer coordination, recruiting endorsements, marketing materials, and social media campaigns.
