About Christina Lincoln, Mlis (She/Her)

Take on the most challenging cases. Aim for the highest mark. All the while giving back to the community and helping others achieve their goals. I am a woman of two minds. To start, I specialize in catastrophic loss and management liability insurance. I am a civil trial lawyer with experience with both bench and jury trials. I also have criminal trial experience from my time as a Volunteer Deputy City Attorney for the Anaheim City Attorney’s Office, where I prosecuted misdemeanors on behalf of the City. Before joining Robins Kaplan LLP, I worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Newmeyer & Dillion LLP, where my practices focused on all aspects of general civil litigation, including business and complex commercial litigation, white collar, and securities matters. The more complex and challenging, the better. But what’s my other half? It’s my passion to help others and to promote diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.Pro Bono: I have been a Member of the New Leadership Council for Bet Tzedek ("House of Justice") since 2012 and regularly volunteer at the Public Counsel's Pro Se Clinic. In the past, I represented immigrants seeking asylum, finalized adoptions for various foster children, filed a brief with the Ninth Circuit disputing the constitutionality of a gang injunction, and many others.Professional Affiliations: I have been a member of the Board of Governors for the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) since 2012 serving as Co-Chair for the Young Lawyers Section, Business Development Committee, Litigation, and the Diversity Committee. I am serving on both my firm's Women of Robins Kaplan (WoRK) Group and Diversity Committee. I have been on the Conference Planning Committee for the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP) and continue to be a passionate supporter for its Conference programs. In short, I love what I do and I enjoy doing it to the fullest extent, whether it’s investing in my firm, clients, peers, or community.
