Travel nationwide to appear at depositions, hearings, trials or other sworn court proceedings as a representative for the Bank. Attend mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations, or ADRs as an authorized representative for the Bank or its investors. Managed multi-million dollar litigation portfolio of several hundred defaulted loans for all 50 states within the mortgage servicing division of the Bank by assessing and mitigating legal risk to the bank arising from litigation.
