This included the setting up, installation and wiring of new intermediate scale process instrumentation.Participated in intermediate and commercial scale diluent manufacturing. Including setting up process train, sterile filtration, in-process sample collection and post production data analysis. Participated in media fills by inspecting filled syringes for damage and correct volume of media. Participated in process development and validation of post-fill syringe weight testing by conducting experiments on different methods. Wrote standard operating procedures for the operation of mixers for pilot plant scale. Proposed ideas for a mixer and find the vendor to build a custom 3D printed prototype.
