This role required collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts/SMEs and various stakeholders to ensure the requirements have adequate test coverage. In addition, I created and managed the test automation regression suite and ensured each release was successfully progression and regression tested.

As Head of Quality Management I was responsible for producing high level documents such as the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan. Additionally this role required me to effectively manage up to the Executive Leadership Team and down with the wider QA team. This included resource planning, management, recruitment and managing external stakeholder expectations.

Successfully lead PEXA through it's first ever integration with the Victorian Land Registry and Revenue Office. I then continued to lead the next few releases through the successful integration with several other states, in the journey to make PEXA a true "national" e-conveyancing company, a feat that has never been done before. Effective relationship building, liaising and managing external stakeholders expectations was key to the success of every release. Not to mention, I effectively lead a co-located team, ensuring everyone's goals and objectives were aligned.

This role involved the preparation of multiple testing deliverables including the; Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, Detailed Test Plan, Entry/Exit Criteria’s, Defect Reports, Test Summary Report and Conditional Acceptance Memo. In addition, I managed a co-located onshore (Melbourne) and offshore (Bangalore) team from test preparation through to execution.
