Review for accuracy and completeness executed Engagement Agreements and similar required legal documents. Create and maintain ethical walls. Prepare intake, review and analyze search results associated with new candidate conflict searches.

Assist partner and associate in every aspect of their practice. Prepare legal documents, manage attorney and patent scientist dockets and filing deadlines. Draft client letters, file patent documents via USPTO. Reconcile expense reports, submit conflict checks, maintain attorney calendars.

Responsible for training and educating all new department employees on firm procedures, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office procedures along with client specific, as well as attorney specific practices. Coordinate and oversee training of new department employees with various departments of the firm. Coordinate and manage various projects assigned to assistants/clerks. Provide assistance and support in every aspect to all attorneys and patent scientists. Ensure efficient preparation of intellectual property related documents and provide quality client service.
