My role is to actively support business operations and provide functional management to over 50 staff that include Project Managers, Business Analysts, Team Leads, Developers, QA, and SDETs across multiple offices and client sites. I manage, coach, develop, and evaluate employees in every step of their career development. I work with Delivery Leaders to place the right talent with the right client projects. Catalyte believes aptitude is equally distributed, but opportunity is not.
